Very thorough and clear. No time wasting. Answered all the questions I had. It was a disappointment that the optometrist has to endure the stench from the drains in her room. Absolutely revolting, unpleasant and sickening not only for me (in that short time) but for her having to work in it. Terrible and unacceptable working conditions.
